Good morning April -
I have found a product called cadillac spray that another one of my customers uses
to protect her bags and I want to send you a can - I will order this in the next
few days and can send it to you as my gift to you and thank you for purchasing that classic one only bag.
I was very happy with the way the browns and the soft milk chocolate of the pig
suede lining all flowed and came together.
It takes many, many phone hours, drive time and years of experience to find
the right leathers and to come up with the perfect pattern, to experiment,
to create prototypes and to throw away anything that does not pass muster
before a bag ever goes into production and then to find the right craftsman
to put it all together, so it is handmade, not homemade.
There are many folks out there that work with leather.
95% of the results are home made, not handmade
My attention to detail and the addiction to excellence is what makes my bags
stand above the rest - along with the fact that the bags are not mass manufactured,
and are a creation of excellence in design and the fact that I can adapt to any
request. Nothing is cookie cutter.
When all of the above is completed, it may only take 4 - 8 hours to accomplish
the finished piece once the request has been put in, but that is because all of the
mistakes and experiments before hand have been eliminated and the bag has been perfected.
